Stephen Holihan is a founding member of the firm formed in 2003. He attended St. John’s University School of Law and graduated with a juris doctor degree in 1997. Mr. Holihan has been admitted to practice in the courts of the state of New York, New York Federal courts and the United States Supreme Court. His practice focus is in the areas of commercial litigation, estate planning and litigation, business law, real estate and personal injury.

A lifelong resident of New York City, Mr. Holihan has a unique understanding of the needs and wishes of clients from the five boroughs and elsewhere. He is a member of the Queens County Bar Association, Catholic Lawyers Guild and the Long Island City Lawyers.

Brian A. Campbell is an associate attorney who joined the firm in August 2017 after previously working in a boutique real estate and landlord tenant litigation firm in Brooklyn. Since joining, he has focused in various areas of civil litigation including personal injury, commercial and residential real estate, and landlord and tenant disputes in the New York City Civil Courts and New York State Supreme Courts. Mr. Campbell earned his Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School, and he is a member of several bar associations, including the New York State Bar Association, the New York City Bar Association, and the Queens County Bar Association.
